LIGHT Boston invites you to channel your creative energy to design the lighting scheme for illuminating
the historic Lechmere Viaduct spanning the Charles River between Boston and Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Cash Prizes of $2,500 each to 3 Finalists
Project Budget: $750,000
Submission Deadline: November 2, 2018
Entry Fee: $150
Winner: Contract to design the project for additional fee.
LIGHT Boston, In association with the MBTA (Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority), invites international artists, designers, and multi-discipline consulting firms with proven experience, to submit proposals for the design of lighting, selection of lighting fixtures, wiring/controls, and installation of all necessary systems to support the exterior illumination of the MBTA Green Line Lechmere Viaduct.
Registration is now open for the RFP and submissions will remain open until November 2, 2018.
